Ogres Use Late Rally to Win 5th Straight
The Olympia Ogres faced a tough opponent in St. Petersburg pitcher Greg Concepción, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Baby Thunder Dome by a final score of 6-5. Concepción went 6.1 innings and allowed no runs. The loss makes St. Petersburg 22-23.

Olympia used the timely hitting of Jesús León to seize the win. The first baseman stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the ninth inning to put the Ogres on top, 6-5. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"As well as we've been playing, I think we can play even better," said Olympia manager Orynn Veillon.
