Rails Walk It Off for 26th Win of Season
The Richland Rails walked off with a big win.

The Richland Rails picked up a win at Rails Ballpark, knocking off the Lake Murray MotorBoaters, 4-3. Starting pitcher Ernest Morales was a big reason why. Richland pitcher Felipe Hull got the win. He's now 1-4. Héctor Salas was tagged with the loss.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the 11th inning, when Richland designated hitter Matt Russell, facing Tomás Velásquez, had a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It gave the Rails the 4-3 win.

"We made a couple of mistakes," said Lake Murray skipper David Buchanan, "and it cost us."

The last-place MotorBoaters have lost 4 consecutive games.
