Fans watched the Gwinnett Guinea Pigs and the Lancaster Farmers fight to the finish.

The Gwinnett Guinea Pigs got a magnificent effort from pitcher Sebastian Brown, who kept Lancaster hitters in check en route to a 2-1 Guinea Pigs win at Experimental Stadium. Larry Pulsifer earned the save for Gwinnett, his 13th.

Flobert Immerrechts hit a 2-run home run off San-gui Tow in the bottom of the first, which put the Guinea Pigs ahead, 2-0. In addition to the homer, Immerrechts had 1 single and 1 double, while going 3 for 4.

"Tough loss," said Lancaster manager Dave Davis. "But we'll learn from it."

The win makes Gwinnett 29-18.
