Rivera Deals Richland 6-0 Setback
|
Richland had no answer for Barton Springs Blues starter Fernando Rivera, who flummoxed Rails hitters as the Blues cruised to victory, 6-0. Richland is now 7-7.
Rivera gave Barton Springs a solid start. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit over 7.1 innings.
"Fernando did a tremendous job," said Barton Springs manager Albert Emery.
