Late Magic Gets Sacramento 7-6 Win
The Sacramento Redlegs topped the Port Huron Blitzkrieg, 7-6, in USSL Triple A action at Sacramento Sanitation Station. The game was highlighted by the performance of Sacramento right fielder Esteban Ortega. Chris Evans, credited with the win, is now 5-0. He allowed 1 run on 2 hits. Sacramento currently is in third place in the Silver AAA at 49-40.

The game ended in the bottom of the ninth when Ortega hit a tie-breaking solo home run. The long ball, his 8th home run of the season, gave Sacramento a dramatic win.

"This place went bonkers at the end," Ortega said.
