Sacramento Redlegs starter Javier Dávila pitched his team past the Sunset District Fog, 8-2. The win puts the Redlegs at 33-24, while the Fog drop to 26-31.

The Redlegs got a big hit from first baseman Lou de Klerk. In the bottom of the seventh, de Klerk pounded a 3-run home run to right. His 5th home run of the season put the Redlegs ahead, 8-0.

"We'll keep our chins up and get ready for the next game," said losing manager Brady Bess.
