Extra-Inning Walk-Off Win for Lynx

The Calgary Lynx faced a tough opponent in Pennsauken pitcher Álex López, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Lynx Stadium by a final score of 3-2. López went 6.2 innings and allowed 2 runs. Calgary reliever Juan Rayo picked up the win, upping his record to 2-4. Anthony Carney absorbed the loss. The third-place Lynx now have a win-loss record of 38-33.
Calgary won the game in the bottom of the tenth inning. With one out and Anthony Carney on the mound for Pennsauken, center fielder Júlio Durán hit a dramatic solo home run, bringing Lynx fans to their feet.
"This joint was rocking," said Durán.
