Streaking Black Mambas Win Another One, 6-2
|
The Austin Black Mambas got a stellar performance from pitcher Edemona Babitu, who handcuffed the Florida offense en route to a win, 6-2, at Psychos Ballpark. Florida now has a 5-game losing streak.
Gonzalo Ordóñez, the 28-year old third baseman , had a direct impact on the outcome. Ordóñez contributed a run-scoring ground out in the top of the first inning to put Austin up, 2-0.
"I like the roll we're on right now," said Babitu after the game.
