Flyers Topple Rocks, 5-1
|
Pennsauken picked up a win at Pennsauken Park, toppling the Plymouth Rocks, 5-1. Pitcher Norberto Dávila was one of the reasons the Flyers triumphed. Plymouth falls to 7-11.
John Bowman had an important at-bat with two out in the bottom of the second, when he hit a 2-run double. His 3rd double of the season put Pennsauken on top, 2-0.
"When I'm in the lineup, I always feel like we're going to win the game," said Dávila.
