The Syracuse Starks and Plymouth Rocks were greeted by an enthusiastic crowd.

A 4-RBI performance from the 30-year old center fielder Javier Caballero helped the Plymouth Rocks beat the Syracuse Starks, 10-4. Andy Roberson, now 1-0, was credited with the win. He allowed 2 runs on 3 hits, while striking out 7 and walking 1. Earning his 1st save of the year was Jon Turner.

Juan Jose Brisuela chipped in for Plymouth with a solo home run in the bottom of the first. For the game, the left fielder had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 2 runs scored, and 1 run batted in.
