Lee tai hoi Chen dominated the Salt Lake City Buzz with a brilliant 4-hit shutout in a Austin Black Mambas 1-0 triumph at Mamba Park. The Austin hurler fanned 1 and walked 0 in the game and was singled out for praise afterward by the opposing manager.
"He really kept us in check today," Buzz skipper Sherwood Baker said in postgame comments. "Everything looked to be moving. Seemed like the pitch was right down the middle and it went over down and away. We took some pathetic swings."
