The Syracuse Starks topped the Milton Dogfish Head, 7-2, in USPL Triple A action at Milton Corner Tavern. The game was highlighted by the performance of Syracuse pitcher Geoffrey Da Costa. The win takes Syracuse to 3-4.

Bill Strong, the 26-year old left fielder , had a direct impact on the outcome. Strong contributed a run-scoring single in the top of the third inning to put Syracuse up, 4-2.

"If I go out there and help the team win, that's all you can do," said Da Costa.
