Long Humbles Tulsa, 4-0 Monday, August 10th , 2054 Sean Long of the Plattsburgh Puffer Fish was cool and collected on the mound, leading his club to a shutout victory over the Tulsa Otters, 4-0. "He was mixing his pitches real well and keeping his composure on the mound," Plattsburgh manager Wallace James said later. "When Sean does that, good things happen." The right-hander had 11 strikeouts, 2 walks and allowed 5 hits in the win. This year Long has worked 103.1 innings with 104 strikeouts en route to a 6-5 record and a 3.14 ERA.
