Roseta Misbehaves, Suspended 2 Games Thursday, August 12th , 2055 A press release issued by the league stated that Crossbeaus center fielder José Roseta was suspended for "confronting a game official" after yesterday's Beaumont-Northwest Territory at Beaver Town. In the statement the league said, "This is totally unacceptable behavior and will be dealt with harshly." Roseta had a run-in with the home plate umpire during the game and was ejected for vehemently objecting to a third strike. In the current season, Roseta has put up a .208 batting average with 56 hits, 8 home runs, 15 RBI and scored 25 runs. |
