McGuire Selected Top Performer in PA- Monday, July 5th , 2055 It was some kind of week for Gary McGuire of the Maine Sea Dogs. First he hits the heck out of the ball, ripping it at a .375 clip and the next thing you know, he is voted the Player of the Week in the USPL Low A. Last week McGuire went 6-for-16, chalked up 5 home runs and 9 RBIs and scored 5 runs. Not a bad week's work at all. This year McGuire is batting .314 with 22 hits, 9 home runs, 20 RBIs, 13 walks, .435 OBP and has scored 14 runs. |
