2055 PAA #1 Star is Mercer Island's Hamilton
Friday, October 8th , 2055
At the age of 25, Milo Hamilton of the Mercer Island Screaming Eagles could very well have his best years ahead of him.
It's a startling thought when you consider the year he had in 2055 was good enough to win the second baseman the USPL Double A Outstanding Hitter Award.
"See the ball, hit the ball," he said. "That's my basic approach."
The top hitter put up a .295 batting average this year, as well as a .380 on-base percentage. He played 86 games and racked up 90 hits, 13 doubles, 6 triples, 14 home runs, 51 RBIs and 52 runs scored.
He received 5 first place votes out of a possible 10. Joahan Urdiales of the Asheville Highlanders finished second in voting with 2 first place votes, while Luke Wagner of the Athletic Club KC Academy finished third with 1 first place vote.
