Minnesota Starter Named PAA's Premier Pitcher Sunday, August 1st , 2055 The hottest hurler in the USPL Double A last month was Adam Brewer of the Minnesota Loons. He caught the attention of everybody in the league with some eye-catching stats, good enough to win the PAA Pitcher of the Month. In July, Brewer starred with an impressive 5-0 record. In 5 starts he gave up 26 base hits and struck out 27 in 33.1 innings with a 1.35 ERA. This year Brewer has a 8-5 mark in 14 starts with a 3.46 ERA. He has given up 82 hits in 83.1 innings, struck out 70 and issued 28 walks. Opposing clubs have compiled a .252 batting average against him. |
