Big Bat Pays Off, James Player of the Week Monday, August 30th , 2055 The USSL Double A has named its Top Player of the Week. The honor went to Jason James, right fielder of the Marquette Miners. In an extraordinary hitting display, he belted out hits at a .667 pace to win the award. James went 6-for-9 for the week, totaled 1 home run, 5 RBIs and scored 2 times. To date this season James is hitting .296 with 16 home runs. |
