Richland-Westwood Fight Results in Suspensions Thursday, July 29th , 2055 Willie Davidson of the Richland Rails and Juan De La Garza of the Westwood Sixshooters will be on the sidelines for a few days. They have been suspended for 2 and 6 games respectively by the league office for causing the bench-emptying free-for-all at the recent Rails-Sixshooters game at Rails Ballpark. Neither player had any comment about the suspensions. Both clubs told BNN Davidson and De La Garza will begin serving them soon. This year Davidson is hitting .215 with 5 home runs. So far this year De La Garza has made 12 starts, tossed 58.1 innings, struck out 54 batters and walked 39. His record is 1-6 with a 4.78 ERA and he has limited opposing teams to a .240 batting average. |
