SAAA Selects Hogan June's Top Starter Thursday, July 1st , 2055 This month when the Hartford manager wrote the name "Hogan" on the lineup card, he was confident that he would get a good start out of him. Outing after outing in June Mark Hogan took command and usually got the win. He dominated with a 4-0 mark and 1.50 ERA in 4 starts, piling up 24 innings and 25 strikeouts and holding opposing teams to a .242 average. For his superb performance Hogan was named the USSL Triple A Pitcher of the Month by the baseball writers. In 9 starts this season Hogan has rung up a 5-1 record and a 3.09 ERA. |
