More Woes for Reserves Joel Woodard Sunday, December 5th , 2055 The Athletic Club KC Reserves announced today that starting pitcher Joel Woodard will not be returning as quickly as expected from injury. "There was a bit of a setback, but nothing to be concerned about," one team official told reporters. "Joel will probably miss another 5 months because of this, but everyone expects him to make a full recovery." Joel Woodard is expected to undergo surgery in Kansas City(Missouri) tomorrow. His career totals show Woodard has a 14-13 won-lost record with a 4.15 ERA. |
