No Late-Season Magic Coming: Austin Out of Playoffs Wednesday, September 15th , 2055 The Austin Black Mambas will soon be packing their bags and heading home for the year. The 2055 season won't involve a playoff run for the club, as Austin was mathematically eliminated from playoff contention today. Austin last appeared in the postseason in 2045. This is their 4th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 24 times in their 25 - year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Black Mambas have only made the playoffs once. |
