Moran Grabs PA Reliever of the Year Award Monday, September 20th , 2055 He may only be 24, but Vince Moran of the Columbia River Rats has already established himself as one of the elite relievers in the USPL Single A. The reliever was today named the PA Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2055. He won the award with a strong year that saw him put up 4 saves in 44 relief appearances and 84 strikeouts in 71.2 innings. He had a record of 5-1 to go with his 1.26 ERA. He received 7 first place votes out of a possible 10. Orlando Díaz of the South Beach Blaze finished second in voting with 3 first place votes, while Jesse MacNamara of the Grim Reapers finished third.
