SA's #1 Batter Announced Wednesday, September 1st , 2055 At only 22 years of age, Kobbe van Houwelingen could very well be having many more months like the last this in his career. That would be great news for fans of the Pontiac Godfathers, as August was one to remember for the first baseman and he has captured the USSL Single A Batter of the Month award. On the month he hit .284 with 9 home runs, 20 RBIs and 16 runs scored. Presently van Houwelingen is batting .273 with 89 hits and 23 home runs. He has knocked in 65 runs and scored 55 times. |
