Burke Selected SA Player of the Week Monday, August 30th , 2055 USSL Single A pitchers will attest that it was tough to get Tom Burke of the Delmarva Gallos out last week. His all-around performance at the plate made him the league's most recent Player of the Week. The 21-year-old right fielder boasted a .412 average with 4 home runs, 8 RBIs and 5 runs scored. Burke went 7-for-17 for the week. Burke is batting .234 with 13 home runs and 40 RBIs this season. |
