SA Player of the Week Named Monday, August 23rd , 2055 Pitchers who faced the Smoky Mountain Hobeaus last week were happy to see Tekukuni Aukake in the rear-view mirror. The 19-year-old first baseman was dubbed the USSL Single A Player of the Week for a 6-game tear that saw him hit at a .412 clip. For the week he also chalked up 7 hits in 17 at-bats, 3 home runs, 8 RBIs and 4 runs scored. So far this year Aukake has 3 home runs and a .180 batting average. |
