Going, Going, Gone! Anderson Hits 3 Homers Tuesday, August 3rd , 2055 It was a good day for the Put-In-Bay Commodores and an exceptional one for Larry Anderson. The 23-year-old third baseman sent three bombs out of the park to help the Commodores beat the Delmarva Gallos 8-1 at Put-In-Bay Ballpark. "When you're in the zone, the game really slows down," Anderson said when asked about his performance later. "I couldn't even tell you what pitches were thrown. Today feels great, but it is a long season and tomorrow is another day." For the day, he scored 3 times, drove in 7 runs and smacked 3 hits in 4 at-bats.
