League Suspends Hartman and Romano for Fisticuffs Thursday, June 3rd , 2055 Baseball officials have suspended two players for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct" in yesterday's Chicago-Eugene contest at Ramblers Ballpark. The Tula Gregory Hartman and the Vandals Rodrigo Romano will have to sit out 5 and 3 games respectively for their parts in the brawl. This season Hartman is batting .318 with 6 home runs. He has scored 18 runs and driven in 24. During this season Romano has 11 relief appearances and registered 1 saves. Batters are hitting him at a .185 rate and his season record is 1-0 with a 2.84 ERA. He has logged 19 innings and struck out 27. |
