Kingfishers Beat Visiting Mockingbirds, 5-2

MSL Pittsburgh beat MSL Mississippi on the strength of starter Fu-quan Su's fine effort. The left-hander led his team to a win, 5-2. Su picked up the win for MSL Pittsburgh, going 7 innings. He gave up 2 runs on 4 hits. He now sports a record of 4-0. MSL Pittsburgh has now won 3 in a row.
The Kingfishers got a big at-bat from center fielder Sergio Costello. For the game, Costello went 1-3 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the second, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 3-run home run. His 5th home run of the season gave MSL Pittsburgh a 3-0 lead.
