Grey Wolves Pull Even With 5-1 Victory
The Grey Wolves grabbed a win, 5-1, at MSL New Orleans Ballpark, overcoming a fine effort from MSL New Orleans pitcher Mike Galloway. Galloway went 6 innings and allowed no runs. Picking up the save was Kaoru Abe, his 3rd. The Voodoo, now 13-19, have lost 4 straight.

MSL Vancouver used a clutch hit from Steve Baverstock to snatch the win. The catcher belted a 2-run home run in the top of the seventh inning to put the Grey Wolves ahead, 3-1. It was his only hit, but it was huge.

"We need to keep playing good baseball," Baverstock told the MSL Vancouver Herald.
