White Walkers Edge Past Voodoo, 4-3

MSL New Orleans Ballpark was the site of an exciting ballgame between the MSL Buffalo White Walkers and MSL New Orleans Voodoo.
The MSL Buffalo White Walkers did just enough to sneak past the MSL New Orleans Voodoo, 4-3, at MSL New Orleans Ballpark. MSL Buffalo pitcher Jorge Villanueva, in particular, had a standout performance. MSL Buffalo reliever Gary Aldridge picked up the win, raising his record to 1-0. François Delattre was tagged with the loss.
MSL Buffalo used the timely hitting of Juan Torrez to seize the win. The pinch hitter stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the tenth inning to put the White Walkers on top, 4-3. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a game-changer.
"We had the game right there for the taking," said MSL New Orleans manager Kevin Hancock. "But we decided not to take it."
The win lifts MSL Buffalo to a record of 4-5.
