The Plattsburgh Puffer Fish got a superb performance from pitcher Jae-woo Kim, but the Quebec City Baby Blues still won the game, 4-3. Kim threw 7.0 innings of 5-hit ball. Manuel Árias finished to wrap up his 8th save. The Baby Blues now have a record of 15-31.

Quebec City used the timely hitting of Grady Hood to capture the win. The pinch hitter socked a solo home run in the top of the ninth inning to put the Baby Blues ahead, 4-3. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a big one.

"We found a way to get it done," Hood said.
