The Hudsonville Flanderses did just enough to secure a victory over the Memphis Music, 4-3, at The Stage in Memphis. Nobody did more than pitcher Lothar Rehling. George Ramos picked up the save, his 23rd. The first-place Flanderses, at 57-34, now lead their division by 3 games.

Duke Hoban had a critical at-bat with no one out in the top of the seventh for Hudsonville. He came through with a solo home run to put Hudsonville in front, 4-0.

"Lothar -- his tempo and rhythm were good," said Flanderses manager Don Martin. "He was the key to us winning."
