The Beaumont Crossbeaus got a stellar performance from pitcher Mike Kennedy, who handcuffed the Napanee offense en route to a win, 2-0, at The Target. Craig Chase converted his 3rd save in 3 tries. The win gives the Crossbeaus a record of 27-59.

Napanee could barely put a dent in Kennedy. The right-hander tossed 93 pitches over 8 innings for the Crossbeaus, allowing only 2 hits.

"We didn't score," said losing manager Kyu-cheol Kye. "That was the problem."
