Interns Pull Back to .500 With Win Over Express
The Capital Hill Interns defeated the Napanee Express, 4-3, at Alouettes Ballpark. Capital Hill shortstop Ben Chase had a superb performance. He was 2-4 with a home run and a double. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. Picking up the save was Luis López, his 1st. The Interns sit in 6th place in the Silver Low A with a record of 22-22.

Chase contributed a big hit, a 3-run home run, for Capital Hill in the bottom of the fifth. With his team trailing 3-1, Chase took a fastball from Héctor García and stroked the home run to left. His 6th home run of the season allowed the Interns to leap in front, 4-3.

"It all depends on which version of our team shows up," said Chase. "When we put it all together, I think we're a great team."
