Hudsonville starter Lothar Rehling kept the Bethlehem hitters in check, helping his team cruise to a win, 9-0. The second-place Flanderses improved to 21-12.

Hudsonville used the bat of Liam Eckington to get the win. The designated hitter hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the first inning to put the Flanderses ahead, 3-0. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it did its damage.

"Win or lose, we always try to grind it out and stay even-keeled," Rehling said in reaction to the win.
