Clutch Hitting Delivers Win for Octopi
The Hicksville Hounds got a superb performance from second baseman Manuel Castillo. Still, it wasn't enough to beat Ogallala. The Octopi won the game, 7-4. Castillo was 3-4 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Quan Situ finished the game for Ogallala and earned his 2nd save. The Octopi now have a record of 10-25 with the win over Hicksville.

With two out in the top of the eighth, Raúl Morales had a game-changing hit. The Octopi designated hitter slammed a 2-run single off Curt Keeley, making the score 6-3, Ogallala.

"Nice to get this one," said Morales. "Wins have been hard to come by."
