Blaze Win, 3-1, Extend Streak to 5 Games

In a low-scoring affair between the South Beach Blaze and the Cut Off Crawdads, pitcher Tony Arce was the difference between victory and defeat. The South Beach right-hander earned accolades in the 3-1 Blaze win. Lloyd Best closed the door for South Beach, picking up his 1st save of the year. The Premier A-leading Blaze are 56-26.
Adam Bell, the 21-year old first baseman , had a direct impact on the outcome. Bell contributed a run-scoring walk in the top of the fifth inning to put South Beach up, 2-0.
"This team is real focused right now," said South Beach manager Vicente Rodríguez.
