The Grim Reapers defeated the Walla Walla Walleye, 6-5, at Walleye Tank. Tom Connibeer was one of the standouts for Grim. His 4 hits included 3 singles and 1 triple, in addition to the 1 run he scored and 2 he knocked in. Jesse MacNamara locked down his 19th save. At 34-35, the Reapers find themselves in 5th place in the Premier A.

The outcome might have been different for Grim, had it not been for Kent Yi, the 24-year old shortstop . Yi stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the ninth inning to put Grim up, 6-5. For the game, he was 2 for 5, including 1 double and 1 single.
