The Columbia River Rats defeated the Kennesaw Jets, 6-2, in USPL Single A action at Columbia Stadium. Columbia pitcher Andy Holley had a standout performance. The win makes Columbia 31-38.

Brent Keys, who was drafted in the 3rd round of the 2053 draft, chipped in for Columbia with a 2-run home run in the bottom of the third. For the game, the right fielder had 2 hits in 3 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 2 runs batted in.

"There's never a lack of effort in our clubhouse. We're willing to do the little things to get the win," Holley told the Columbia Daily.
