The Delmarva Gallos topped the Washington Generals, 5-4, in USSL Single A action at Washington Park. The game was highlighted by the performance of Delmarva pitcher Nick Bailey. Bailey picked up the win for Delmarva, going 5 innings. He gave up 2 runs on 3 hits. He now sports a record of 4-2. Lex Boon earned the save for Delmarva, his 2nd.
Alonso Acosta had a critical at-bat with one out in the top of the sixth for Delmarva. He came through with a 2-run single to put Delmarva in front, 5-2.
