Casper starter Max Meltdown kept the Richland hitters in check, while his team cruised to a win, 9-2. Meltdown, the winner, moves to 9-2. He threw 6.1 innings of 4-hit ball, while fanning 4 and giving up 1 walk.

The Ghosts took the lead in the bottom of the fifth. With no one out, Aca Milosevic hit a grand slam home run off Richland pitcher Elroy Mastenbroek, putting Casper in front, 6-1. For the game, Milosevic went 1-3 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 4 runs and scored once.

"We didn't put up much resistance," said losing manager Eduardo Hernández.

With the win, the Ghosts have a record of 55-34.
