The Casper Ghosts topped the Virginia Beach Whales, 6-4, in M3L Double A action at Virginia Beach Grounds. The standout performance belonged to Casper pitcher and Taylorsville, Utah, native John Bunch. Tom Evans closed the door for Casper, picking up his 5th save of the year. At 37-20, Casper is in first place in the Menard's AA.

Doing his part for Casper was second baseman Allan Adams, who stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the fourth. For the game, Adams went 1-3 with a walk.

"We'll sip on a cold one and savor this win," said Adams.
