Johnston Impressive in Nova Scotia Win
|
Wes Johnston was superb against Santa Catalina. The left-hander had a sinker that was virtually unhittable at times. The result was a Leviathan victory. The score was 4-0. Nova Scotia now has a record of 42-26 with the win.
In his 106-pitch effort, Johnston allowed no runs on 2 hits over 7 innings. He walked 2 and struck out 12.
"Got a lot of swings and misses today," said Johnston.
