Dudley Tames ParksNRec
|
The Sunset District Fog picked up a win at Whips Ballpark, knocking off the Pawnee ParksNRec, 3-0. Starting pitcher Bobby Dudley was a big reason why. Javier Vargas closed it out for his 7th save. The victory gives the Fog a record of 35-19.
Dudley, who dominated for Sunset District, earned the victory to move to 6-1. He was in control the whole game, scattering 6 hits over 8 innings, while striking out 8. Pawnee batters could never bunch up enough hits to produce a rally.
"I'm trying to keep it simple," said Dudley. "Just do my job."
