Right-hander Raúl Martínez mesmerized the Hartford Pride while leading the Hamilton Thunderbirds to a 7-0 victory. The defeat makes Hartford 2-2.

It could have been a different outcome for Hamilton, had it not been for Daniel Long, the former first round draft pick . Long contributed a 2-run home run in the top of the first inning to put Hamilton up, 2-0.

"This kind of win will certainly make our fans happy," Long told the Hamilton Today.
