The Milton Dogfish Head thumped the Athletic Club KC Reserves, 8-2, at Milton Corner Tavern. Andy McGee was a big reason his team got the win. McGee belted 2 home runs. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice. Picking up the win was Henry Tucker. He went 5.1 innings, allowing 2 runs on 6 hits. The right--hander struck out 9 and walked 1. Milton, at 18-26, sits in 8th place in the Premier AAA.

McGee had a key at-bat for Milton early in the game. With a runner on 1st, he hit a 2-run home run. It was his 7th home run of the season and gave Milton an early 2-0 lead.

"There's a lot of passion in our clubhouse," said McGee. "When we put it together we're a great ball club."
