Disaster Walk It Off for 15th Win of Season
The Port Royal Disaster had to overcome a good performance from Austin pitcher Edemona Babitu to claim a 1-0 win at Ballpark of Port Royal. Babitu went 7.2 innings and allowed no runs. Port Royal reliever José Pérez picked up the win, upping his record to 2-0. Pleun Wolf absorbed the loss. The 'W' lifts Port Royal's record to 15-15.

Hambleton Oliver was the walk-off hero for Port Royal. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Disaster pinch hitter hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

Afterward, Disaster manager Mike Nyberg was ebullient. "That was a fun game to coach," he told a group of reporters, adding, "I hope it was just as fun to watch."
