A nice crowd turned out for a clash between the Jersey City Tritons and Nashville Hot Chickens.

In a tight affair between the Jersey City Tritons and the Nashville Hot Chickens, pitcher Ernie Gibson was in the zone. The Jersey City right-hander helped his team win the game, 3-0. Nathan May earned the save, his 4th.

Gibson allowed no runs on 4 hits over 8 innings for the Tritons. He walked 1 and struck out 5.

"Throwing strikes was the main thing," Gibson said.
