Battery Bridle Lakers, 3-1
|
The Charleston Battery and Echo Park Lakers played a tight game with the hosts claiming a hard-fought win.
Pitching was the name of the game in a tight contest between the Charleston Battery and the Echo Park Lakers. Charleston won it, 3-1. Charleston starter Hunter Stinson was in command. Earning his 6th save for Charleston was James Tucker.
Lang Ouyang took Alan Sanderson deep in the bottom of the fourth. His solo home run put the Battery on top, 1-0. In all, Ouyang had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 4.
